Do I have to move my site or change hosting?
No. We work on your current hosting. If it holds your site back, we tell you and can handle the move.
What access do you need?
An administrator account on your WordPress site and, ideally, access to your hosting panel. You can revoke access at any time.
What happens if an update breaks something?
We take a full backup before every update and restore it if anything goes wrong. On Business and WooCommerce plans, updates are tested on a staging copy first.
Can I cancel?
Yes, monthly plans can be cancelled any month. Yearly plans run for the year you paid for, with two months free.
Do you build new websites?
Our focus is keeping existing WordPress sites healthy. The development hours in the Business and WooCommerce plans cover most changes; larger projects are quoted separately.
