Yes. If we detect repeated outages caused by the host, we’ll recommend an upgrade or a move. If you decline, we may suspend maintenance until hosting is adequate.
Monthly plans can be upgraded or downgraded anytime. Yearly plans can be upgraded; downgrades aren’t eligible for partial refunds.
You can request a refund within 12 hours of purchase if you ordered by mistake. After 12 hours, the service is non-refundable because work often begins immediately.
Your card is charged via Stripe or PayPal at the start of each billing cycle. You get an invoice by email automatically.
Yes. We can recommend or provide hosting that matches your site’s needs. You’re never locked in.
It’s the monthly time included for tasks and assistance: 30 min (Basic), 60 min (Standard), 120 min (Premium). Recovery from hacks or failed updates isn’t deducted from Support Time.
Included in the Premium plan (yearly). Results depend on code quality and hosting. If a redesign or host change is required, we’ll advise before proceeding.
On yearly plans (and Premium monthly), we migrate one site under 750MB for free: subdomain→domain, host→host, or host+domain. Larger sites can be quoted separately.
